Dive Knife to Fish?

Possibly my last lobster dive for the season. Conditions were primed to be amazing, and the visibility didn't disappoint! Lobsters were abundant as it is getting close to mating season. Many females that I grabbed had sperm packets on the bottom of their carapace. I did find a Kelp Bass (aka calico) bass hiding away in a cave and so I took the opportunity to take it for dinner with my dive knife since I didn't have my spear with me. At the end of the dive, I ended up with a nice 15inch Calico Bass and some Uni. But no keepers spiny lobsters.
