In part 5 of this 6-part longboard tutorial series we feature one of my recent students, Dani, and how using the Foundation for Flow and working on all the small details leading up to the Tiger Claw longboard trick she was able to land it in 1 hour with confidence. The traditional way that most people how to longboard learn is by just seeing a longboard freestyle trick and going for it. The problem with this approach is that you often miss the the smaller foundational steps to mastering the trick and it ends up taking you much longer to learn overall – and often with big mental barriers and bruises.
