DCPS Fiscal Year 24 Public Budget Hearing (School Year 2023-24)

The District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) will convene a public budget hearing on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM via Zoom. The purpose of the hearing is to gather input from the public about the upcoming Fiscal Year 2024 (School Year 2023-2024) budget. Members of the public are invited to provide testimony at the hearing. Individuals or groups wishing to testify should register online at http://bit.ly/dcpsbudgetrsvp. Testimony will be limited to three minutes during the hearing. Witnesses should e-mail copies of their documentation, including a written copy of their testimony and any supplemental information to ceo.info@k12.dc.gov by Tuesday, November 15, 5pm. All documents will be included as part of the official record. The registration deadline is 3:00PM on Monday, November 14, 2022. The official record of this hearing will be transmitted to the Mayor and Council of the District of Columbia pursuant to DC Official Code § 38-917(1).
