Bulova Lunar Pilot. Modern Tribute To Actual MOONWATCH!

A YouTube favourite, the BULOVA lunar pilot! Why do I suggest this watch is an "homage"? It's a tricky one, as "re-issue" is not correct, as the original lunar pilot watch was never sold, it was a one-off piece gifted by Bulova to the astronaut David Scott. My interpretation of the word homage (related to watch design) is "paying tribute to, or honouring". I wonder if this watch, which very strongly duplicates a one-off watch from 50yrs ago is then deemed an homage watch? Correct me if I'm wrong! Thanks. I believe this watch is a “must review” piece for any watch reviewer. An affordable watch steeped in history and paying homage to its ancestor that actually went to the moon! A one-off piece given by Bulova to Col David Scott, and my some remarkable coincidence his Omega broke, and he had to then use his Bulova! (Bulova were desperate to have some lunar history, even though so much of their tech was actually used in the spacecraft!) This review covers all that history plus much more! I hope you enjoy.
