Come along on a quick, unplanned store run with me& family. 👀 I stopped by Burlington, DD’s Discounts, and Ross to help grab a few things for the girls. I share these clips as inspiration. I found a simple way to get simple exercise in daily at anytime of the day, wearing anything. For me at home workouts is best. I do go to the gym for water aerobics sometimes or to do exercise on elliptical machine. Its ok to find your way, out-of-the-box, and many times im multitasking as im exercising.
