can I catch and keep this swarm of bees?

In the last beekeeping video we found that one of our hives had swarmed and left. While discussing this on video I turned around and saw that swarm in the tree... ↓↓↓ MORE GOOD STUFF ↓↓↓ My past experience is that catching swarms isn't too tough, but keeping them is different.
