In this video I share our February book pick, “Ashes To Ashes” by Tami Hoag, and I show you exactly how I’m using the cover as my color and mood guide. My lovely sub, Susan S., picked the colors for me—red and black—so we’re keeping it bold, dramatic, and very true to the book’s vibe. I also walk you through the pattern I chose for this month: the Two Colour Flower pattern from crochetbits.com. I talk about the yarns I’m using—Big Twist in red and Pound of Love in black—and how they’ll work up for a strong two-color look.
