In this first part of my 2026 travel journal series, I’m taking you with me to Helsinki and the Netherlands and showing the stationery (and Moomin goodies) I picked up along the way. This video is more of a cozy haul + travel-journal planning moment: what I bought, why I chose it, and how I already imagine using it in my travel journal pages. If you love collecting papers, stickers, and little “only-in-this-city” finds for journaling, this is exactly that kind of video. Helsinki is always dangerous for my wallet because of the Moomin shops, and I’m sharing the places I visited (Lasipalatsi, Esplanadi, and the airport flagship). I also mention some lovely local stops like Paperikauppa Putinki and TeeMaa tea house, because for me travel journaling is not just about the journal—it’s about the whole experience and the small details I want to remember later. I’ll continue this trip journal in the next video and actually show my travel journal about this journey, so this part is the “gathering treasures” step before the pages come together.
