Cagney’s Steakhouse

We saved Cagney’s for the end of our cruise, and it was the perfect way to cap off our trip on Norwegian Bliss. The steak was delicious, the wine pairings were great, and that OMG caramel butterscotch cheesecake is hands down the best dessert on the ship. If you’re going to splurge on one specialty dinner, this is the one we keep coming back to.
