Prep the air fryer basket: Line it with a liner (this makes it easy to lift the whole nacho pile out without mess). 2. Layer the nachos: • Start with a layer of half the tortilla chips. • Add your desired toppings: cooked beef, black beans, Rotel tomatoes, black olives and a generous amount of shredded cheese. • Add another layer of chips and repeat the toppings, ending with a good layer of cheese on top. 3. Air fry: • Cook at 360°F (about 182°C) for 5 minutes. • Check every couple of minutes — cheese can burn quickly. Adjust time/temp based on your air fryer model (some may need hotter/longer). 4. Finish: Carefully lift out the liner with the nachos. Top with fresh toppings like pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro, olives, and sour cream. A COOKING SHOW FOR THE REGULAR JOE.
