LAZY, DELICIOUS, YUMMY, EASY, GOOD, RECIPES, PRODUCT REVIEWS, GADGET REVIEWS THE RECIPE Ingredients • 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour • 1 cup (250 mL) oat flour • ¼ cup (60 mL) rolled oats • ½ cup (125 mL) canned pumpkin purée • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil • Water, as needed • Flour for dusting ⸻ Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oat flour, oats, pumpkin purée, and oil. Stir until a dough begins to form. • The mixture may appear dry, but it should hold its shape when squeezed. • If it seems too dry to hold together, add water, 1 tbsp (15 mL) at a time, until it comes together. 3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth. • Roll the dough to ¼” (6 mm) thickness and cut with a 2” (5-cm) cookie cutter. • Transfer the treats to a baking sheet, spacing them 1” (2.5 cm) apart. • Reroll scraps as needed. 4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. 5. Use within 1 week, or freeze leftovers and thaw before serving.
