Aeropress SUPERSIZED: Brew Two Cups at the Same Time

➡ Brew big batches with the AeroPress with this technique. The usual way to brew two cups at the same time is by using dilution (aka bypassing). The problem with that approach is that it's wasteful. Essentially, you're leaving perfectly fine coffee solubles behind in the puck 🙄 By infusing the puck a second time, your extraction yield increases! So besides being economical, and practical when brewing coffee for a friend, it also creates an extraction profile similar to pour over coffee, which a lot of people actually prefer over immersion brewing.
