I’m using the Polygon Tambora G8X as the anchor point and walking through the logic of a fast adventure gravel bike build: what matters for comfort over long days, what matters for control when the route gets rough, and what’s just noise that looks good on the internet but doesn’t help you ride further. I also zoom out and talk about the mindset piece—because the best setup isn’t the most expensive setup, it’s the one that removes friction so you can say “yes” to more rides.
