Today we're making a non-alcoholic (mocktail) called the Nada Colada, because Doug doesn't drink and we wanted to build out a mocktail for him. You'll barely tell the difference because the drink is so coconut forward sweet flavor that all else is lost. The pineapple juice just reenforces the sweetness and dilutes some of the creaminess of the coconut cream.
