Today I take a quick look at Kraken Gold Spiced Rum and taste it against their standard Black rum as well as pull out some ol' Bacardi Oakheart. While we've got no problem with the standard Kraken, the Gold Spiced Rum is quite boring and bland by comparison to other products in the spiced rum category.
