I finally found a stainless steel casserole that’s reliable and big enough for our daily chapati, sabzi, or rice—my Milton double-wall casserole (950 ml). I also show you my Butterfly Curve stainless steel pressure cooker (3L), which is perfect for cooking for 3–4 people and feels very sturdy and safe with its stay-cool handle and lock system. For daily rotis and dosa, I’m loving the Prestige Omega Die-Cast Plus nonstick tawa (27 cm) because it heats evenly, works on induction, and even after using my stainless steel spatula, the coating stayed intact.
