This video is basically my little “realizing things…” yap sesh where I’m just talking through what’s been on my mind lately—like a mini self-check-in. I share the kind of thoughts I’ve been processing (the quiet, reflective stuff) and the little takeaways that come up when I actually slow down and listen to myself. I also take you along for me getting chin filler and I need you to not panic with me, okay—because I was literally telling myself the whole time: calm downnn. I talk about how it looks right after (aka the “don’t freak out” stage), and I remind you that swelling is normal and it’ll settle after a few days.
