Cold temperatures can have a significant impact on battery performance, so in this video I wanted to see what you can realistically expect when flying the DJI Neo 2 in winter conditions. The temperature during this test was around 0°C. The battery was fully charged and not artificially warmed. I flew the drone exactly like you would on a normal day — in normal mode, using the controller, in one continuous flight until the battery reached low. This is not a stress test or a lab benchmark. The goal is to give you a realistic reference for cold-weather flying and help you better plan your flights when temperatures drop. ❄️🚁 Keep in mind that the DJI Neo 2 is designed mainly for AI tracking and Follow Me scenarios, not for long endurance flights. With proper planning and shorter flights, it can still be very usable — even in winter. 🎯 More real-world tests: If you enjoy real-world DJI Neo 2 tests like this, feel free to like the video 👍 and subscribe for more honest drone content. 🔥 What you’ll see in this video 00:00 Real-world intro 00:14 Intelligent Flight Battery setup 01:16 Real-world battery test (stopwatch) 07:46 Final thoughts 🛡️ Drone Flight Disclaimer All drone shots in this video were conducted legally under the EU Open Category (A1) with a sub-250g drone (DJI Neo 2).
