Cariera de calcar de la Cărpinet, Bihor, România Cinematic Drone video Aria naturală se află în extremitatea sudică a județului Bihor, la limita de graniță cu județul Arad, pe teritoriul administrativ al comunei #Cărpinet între satele #Izbuc și #Călugări. În apropiere se află #MănăstireaIzbuc situată la poalele Munților Codru Moma, la aproximativ 100 de kilometri de Oradea, spre Deva. Izbucul de la Călugări sau Apa Momii, cum l-au numit localnicii după denumirea Munților Codru-Moma, este prețuit ca un loc sfânt. Localnicii îl consideră ca fiind binecuvântat și cu puteri miraculoase de vindecare a unor boli. În Cărpinet există cea mai pură cariera de calcar din Europa și unul dintre puținele locuri în care localnicii încă mai fac var în varnițe tradiționale. The natural area is located in the southern extremity of Bihor county, on the border with Arad county, on the administrative territory of Cărpinet commune between the villages of Izbuc and Călugări. Nearby is the Izbuc Monastery located at the foot of the Codru Moma Mountains, approximately 100 kilometers from Oradea, towards Deva. Izbucul de la Călugari or Apa Momii, as the locals called it after the name of the Codru-Moma Mountains, is valued as a holy place. The locals consider it blessed and with miraculous powers to cure some diseases. In Cărpinet there is the purest limestone quarry in Europe and one of the few places where the locals still make lime in traditional varnishes. There is also a "Legend of lime" from this Bihorean area. It is said that the lime was discovered by a shepherd, who cooked for several days on some limestone stones. The stones melted, then it began to rain, and the burnt stone became lime...
