I booked my VTL flights on Scoot and specifically looked for the VTL label/icon so I knew it was the right one. I also loved that I could change my flight date pretty straightforwardly in the app (just make sure you do it at least a few hours before departure and pay any fare difference if needed).
Pros

- +Easy to manage and change flights via the Scoot app
- +Helpful flexibility during constantly changing COVID rules
Cons
- -If the new ticket is more expensive, you pay the difference
- -You still need to double-check you picked the correct VTL flight
