The manufacturer Xinzuo also sells their knives with Xinzuo stamped on the knife. On the box, you will see that the manufacturer is Yangdon Xinzuo Industry. But resellers sometimes ask Xinzuo to remove their branding,, so they will probably only stamp Yangdong Industry on the box. Want to know more about different types of knives?: https://www.chefpanko.com/choosing-your-knife/ If you are going to buy a knife from AliExpres,s make sure that you do your own research since some resellers sell the exact same knife under their own branding for a lot cheaper. You can buy the knife here on AliExpress: http://bit.ly/yarenhstore Official Xinzuo Amazon Store so not a reseller with a better handle from Xinzuo can be bought here (Slightly more expensive than buying from AliExpress, but it will be shipped by Amazon): https://amzn.to/2tgP615 In my case, I bought my knife set for $175 for 5 pieces. Wich includes: Utility Knife Meat Slicer Santoku Knife Nakiri Knife Chef's knife But I think that a chef's knife for $35 to $40 is a steal, and you probably will only need a chef's knife for 90% of your kitchen task. So my recommendation is to buy a chef's knife only. Yarenh will probably put the price up after I upload this video, so my recommendation is to look for a different reseller that sells the exact same knife but then with a different logo (make sure to read the description). So if you do find a chef's knife for $35 or $40, I recommend that you buy it. Personally, Personally, I would not go over $80 for a knife made in China since you can buy a Santoku knife from Shun for around $100 to $125 in Japan. The only reason why the Shun is extremely expensive in Europe or America is import taxes and marketing; you will pay for the same knife that would cost around $100 in Japan $200+ in Europe or America.
