Wallop Chef Knife Review - Japanese AUS8 with G10 Handle

I'm reviewing a Cheap AliExpress Chef's knife from Wallop; the core material is made from a Japanese AUS-8 stainless steel material. This knife chef's knife from Wallop has a Claimed imported Japanese AUS8 Stainless steel. The advertised Rockwell was 58 when I got the knife, but Wallop has changed the description to HRC56+. This is absolutely not acceptable for a Japanese AUS8, and if Wallop has stated the HRC correctly from the start, I would have personally never bought this Wallop Chef's knife. Wallop Chef's Knife AUS8 Stainless Steel specifications: Weight: 307g Handle: G10 + Mosaic Rivet Endcap: No Logo Handle length: 13.5cm Blade length: 22cm Blade width: 5.6cm Total Lenght: 35.5cm Thickness: 2.6mm Distal taper: Spine and profile distal taper.
