Chef's knife: Weight: 172g Handle: Octagonal Handle, plastic, wood, copper Handle length: 132mm Blade length: 230mm Blade width: 46,7mm Thickness: 2mm Core Material: VG10 Core (Definitely not so pretty much false advertising and not even worthy of being called the Chinese VG10 ''10Cr15CoMov'') HRC: 58 - 60 according to the seller after contacting (Felt like a 56-57). Own measurements: since the store does not specify specs yet.
