In this video, I will be reviewing the TwoSun TS888 Kitchen Knife with 14C28N steel. The TwoSun knife has been requested for a review by my viewers, and I have decided to test the TS999 since it was on a discount on the 11.11 AliExpress sales day. The TwoSun TS999 with a 14C28N steel has better edge retention than other steel-types with similar toughness. The 14C28N steel is the biggest surprise, I like the steel a lot and it can hold the edge for a longer period than an X50CrMoV15 or 440C. (Better edge retention than a Wusthof Ikon Classic and Zwilling Pro). TwoSun is a popular brand in the pocket knife community, and because they have a TwoSun kitchen knife line a review has been requested a lot.
