Mokithand / Grandsharp Santoku knife Review with german steel 1.4116

In this video, I'm reviewing a Mokithand Santoku knife Steel 1.4116 Chef's knife from Mokithand with a full tang handle. Grandsharp sells the same and claims that they are the manufacturer for the resellers. Mokithand / Grandsahrp Santoku knife: Weight: 212g Handle: Full Tang Pakka wood 3 rivets: 1 Mosaic Rivet Handle length: 128mm Blade length: 180mm Blade width: 46mm Thickness: 2.2mm Material: German steel 1.4116 Core Material: German steel 1.4116 HRC: 55 or 56 (ignore the claim that it is 56 - 58. It does not even come close to 57).
