Huiwill Santoku Japanese AUS8 Review - (Japanese AUS-8 * = 7cr17mov)

In this video, I'm reviewing a Cheap AliExpressSantoku knife from Huiwill. The core material is made from a 7Cr17 stainless steel material (which they sell as a Japanese AUS-8). There are more sellers on AliExpress that sells a similar knife. The 7Cr17 stainless steel performs the same only the out of the box sharpness differs. They also say a lot of things in the specification which are false, The knife Rockwell is around 57/56. The core material is a 7cr17, but they mention the Japanese AUS-8 in the description and on the blade, and it does not perform like one.
