In this video, I'm reviewing the Grandsharp AUS10 Nakiri and a claimed imported Japanese AUS10 core. N O T E: In this video, you hear me say ''Kuroichi'' instead of ''Kurouchi'' since I'm reading a pre-written review script I did not realize the mistake and just read the script while recording my voice. 🛒S H O P: https://bit.ly/38v6LVw N O T E S: While my version definitely did not reach the promised Rockwell of 60 but 57 the knife itself is quite good. Performance-wise I think that the knife core is not an AUS10 but a 9cr18mov which can reach a Rockwell up to 60 but usually it sits around 58. For $33 with a free edge guard, there is not much to complain about. You should not compare it to a Japanese knife since it misses a lot of aspects or traits that a Japanese knife has.
