Glitzy 7Cr17 Chef's knife review - G10 Handle - Cheap Aliexpress knife

I'm reviewing a Cheap AliExpress Chef's knife from Glitzy; the core material is made from a 7Cr17 stainless steel material. There are more sellers on AliExpress that sells a similar knife or exactly the same, but I got mine from Glitzy. I have tested another knife from Xituo, which Glitzly also sells with the same core material, and wonders if they perform the same. The 7Cr17 stainless steel performs the same only the out of the box sharpness differs. They also say a lot of things in the specification which are all false, The knife Rockwell is around 57/56 compared to the 65 +/-2 on the product page. The core material is 7cr17, but they added 440C to it, and it does not perform like one. Overall the knife is a great value, especially for around $15 to $20. Note: All my reviews are done after initial sharpening by myself.
