Resetting from burn out | Vlog

Burn out sucks. I've been going through the biggest phase of burn out this past month. There's the guilt too - from feeling burnt out in the first place. In this vlog, I share what I'm doing to help get me out of this funk. While I love being a UX Designer, I realized that I was focusing so much energy into work that I kind of dropped the other things in my life that make it feel full.
