About This Video

Hey guys, welcome back—this vlog is my May 1 (holiday here in the Philippines) run at the Pasig Bowling Association monthly finals in Santa Lucia. The format was six games, and the prize money was big: 10,000 pesos for the champion, so I really wanted to show up ready. I also shared a little behind-the-scenes on why my earlier monthly finals this year weren’t great—usually I came in tired and lacking sleep—so this time I made sure I got good rest and stuck to a simple, clear game plan. For ball strategy, I brought two strike balls plus my spare ball. On the fresh I planned to start with the Storm Lock It, then as the lanes transitioned in the later games (around games three to six), I was ready to go to the Gem Pearl. More than anything though, I grounded the day in faith—I prayed before we left and reminded myself: win or lose, it’s God’s plan, and we don’t lose, we learn. In the end, I finished 4th place, just four pins away from 3rd, averaging 195 for six games. After the struggles earlier this year, that result meant a lot to me—All for His glory, guys.
