In this video I’m sharing a proper post review of my finished diamond painting, “Gull Point Lighthouse,” and chatting about what it’s like to work on an older kit in 2026. I go over the overall experience from start to finish—how the landscape came together, how enjoyable it was to work on, and whether it still holds up compared to the newer releases I’m used to reviewing. If you’ve got older kits in your stash and you’re wondering if they’re still worth your time, this is exactly the kind of honest check-in I like to do. I also talk through the key things I pay attention to in a post review: how the final image looks once it’s fully finished, how the drills behaved while I was placing them, and whether the finished piece feels like it delivered on what I expected when I first opened it. I love doing these wrap-up style reviews because they’re the most helpful when you’re deciding what to buy (or what to finally pull out of your cupboard).
