Kegley, Jr. Lecture, which took place at Carnegie Council on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, former Carnegie Council chair Stephen Hibbard discussed "A Place for Ethics in World Politics." This talk is in honor of Charles W. Kegley, Jr., a former Carnegie Council trustee, author of "World Politics: Trend and Transformation," and Distinguished Pearce Professor of International Relations Emeritus at the University of South Carolina.
