I made this video because it’s exactly what I wish I had 5 years ago: a simple, no-tech way to understand and build a sales funnel by the end of today. I break funnels down into three parts—Hook, Story, and Offer—because if you don’t have those dialed in, the “tech” doesn’t matter. I’ve used this in my own dog training company (Matador K9 Brilliance), and now I build custom funnels for dog trainers through K9 Business Builders. The big takeaway is we reverse engineer it. Start with the offer by getting crystal clear on the pain point you solve, then stack related problems around it so your offer feels complete (not “buy the chassis and pay extra for the wheels”). Then build the story: your transformation and the client transformations that prove it. Finally, create the hook—and here’s the rule—your hook has to tie back to the story. I test hooks daily on social media (not paid ads), because it’s faster, cheaper, and you can iterate constantly. If you want the stripped-down funnel: hook them with a post, tell a quick story, then make a clear call to action. Once it lands, then you scale it with pages, automation, and ads.
