My “secret” is boring on purpose: build it fast and keep it as simple as humanly possible. I build the funnel from blank and keep it bare bones: header, footer, one main section with an image, headline, sub-headline, a short paragraph, and one button that opens a pop-up form. Then I clone the page to make a dead-simple thank you page that tells them their template is in their inbox and what to do if they don’t get it. The big takeaway: you can build this in 10–15 minutes, improve it over time, and stack templates you can reuse daily for promos, live videos, and lead gen on autopilot.
