In this video I break down how the hell to build a lead funnel for dog trainer leads—without cold calling and without overcomplicating it. A lead funnel is just you getting someone into your ecosystem by offering something simple: a free template, mini course, discount, consult, whatever. My “secret” is boring on purpose: build it fast and keep it as simple as humanly possible. The simple funnels are the ones that do the best, and I’ve seen mine convert around 30%+ (and yes, I’ve had one hit 75% right out of the gate, which is not supposed to happen). I build the funnel from blank and keep it bare bones: header, footer, one main section with an image, headline, sub-headline, a short paragraph, and one button that opens a pop-up form. I’m using the hook-story-offer framework so the page tells people exactly what to do—because confusion creates indecision. Then I clone the page to make a dead-simple thank you page that tells them their template is in their inbox and what to do if they don’t get it. The big takeaway: you can build this in 10–15 minutes, improve it over time, and stack templates you can reuse daily for promos, live videos, and lead gen on autopilot.
