I cover how to train friends and family first (for free as your validation group), then start charging, and how to create formal offers based on the specific problems you solve (loose leash walking is not the same as reactivity, so it shouldn’t be priced the same either). I also talk about authority and pricing—two things trainers love to avoid. Getting certified can boost your authority when people challenge your methods, and raising your prices is how you stop living paycheck to paycheck and actually fund growth. Then I show you how to get clients without hiding behind a desk: build relationships with vets, rescues, and breeders, talk to literally everyone, and partner with other trainers so referrals flow both ways.
