In this video I fix the issues I've been having with controlling my AV setup using my TV remote by building my own IR blaster setup powered by my Node-RED smart home system. I use a relatively inexpensive Moes UFO-R6 IR blaster and replace the Tuya module with an ESP8266 (ESP-12S) running the Tasmota firmware to give full local control. I can then use the system to control my Denon AVR-X2400H AV Receiver and satellite receiver using my Hisense TV's remote.
