A Classic, Updated - The *New* Model M Keyboard from Unicomp

The IBM Model M is an iconic keyboard, and since 1996 has continued to be manufactured by Unicomp as the "Unicomp Classic" using the original tooling that was used by Lexmark to produce the keyboards for IBM. However, as tooling is nearing 27 years old, Unicomp have released a new keyboard, the "New Model M" which uses all new tooling with the same, excellent buckling spring mechanism as the original IBM Model Ms. In this video we take a look at one of these new keyboards and compare it against a couple of original IBM Model Ms from 1986 and 1989 as well as against a more recent Unicomp Classic from 2012.
