I walk through different short styles (classic running shorts, biker shorts with pockets, and flowy options) and then pair them with breathable tops like open-back styles and a square-neck tank that feels a little more “put together” without trying. For bras, I included a few different cuts—bandeau, cross-back, and a Y-back—so you can choose based on how much support you want and what looks best under open-back tops. The big takeaway: you don’t have to spend a ton to get pieces that feel comfy, look flattering, and make getting out the door for a run way easier.
