Zero to Ironman: EP22 - My First Coaching Block Results - Second Ramp Test & CSS Swimming Test!

Week 21 of my 7 month journey as I train from zero prior experience to complete an Ironman in order to raise awareness for T2KO and support those facing this tough battle. 10 WEEKS TO GO! This week's episode basically wraps up my first training block with a professional coach. I do my second ramp test and my second CSS swimming test whilst comparing both from late November until mid February.
