It took me about 20 hours to build this DIY Bumblebee costume but that is because I had many lessons learned and had to figure out things that were not shown in the tutorial I was watching. This homemade Transformers costume is basically cardboard and Styrofoam. You will need a glue gun and some silicon to mend everything together. Then you just need some paint to make the homemade Bumblebee costume look really good. Whether you are making this to have the best Halloween Transformers costume or just want to wear it around the house, this DIY costume is perfect. We built this Bumblebee Transformers costume for Halloween and it was a huge hit.
