I’ve used Atlassian Jira since I started in industry, and it’s one of those tools you just need to know if you work in software engineering. In this video I use Jira to show how I’d capture a risky, high-impact refactor as a single story (yes, with a 144-point estimate) and customize fields like Story Point Estimates to match how my team works.
