I’ve been using Evernote Professional as a lightweight system to keep my tasks, meeting notes, bug timelines, and architecture thoughts in one place. What I like is how easy it is to turn calendar events into notes and then organize everything by topic so I can actually retrieve it later when someone asks, “When did we deploy X?” or “How did we solve that analytics issue?”
