The off grid cabin installing an amish made hardwood floor

In this video I take my rough sawn lumber to an amish friend and he mills it into beautiful tongue and groove hardwood flooring . We give you a tour of his wood shop and show you how the amish convert modern electric machinery to run with diesel engines which I found really interesting . Then I show you how to install a hardwood floor by hand ,and of course Tina and the dogs join in the fun .
