Antique hand forged cleaver restoration

In this video I restore an antique cleaver . I remove all of the rust and spray paint . I completely reprofile the blade because of the broken tip . Finally I put a handle of stabilized spalted maple on it with a couple of mosaic pins. This a very unique cleaver and its pretty clear that it was hand forged . I found this cleaver in a junk bin at an antique store so I bought it to give it a new life .
