In this video I’m playing with two of my favorite “instant gratification” craft supplies—Shrinky Dinks and UV resin—to make the cutest Christmas ornaments that also make the best little gifts. I had so much fun coloring my Shrinky Dinks, and what I love most is how easy it is to personalize them. I used my grandsons’ favorite cartoon characters, and that right there turns a simple ornament into something they’ll actually want to keep. Once the pieces are shrunk and ready, I use UV resin to give them that glossy, finished look that feels store-bought (but it’s handmade and way more special). If you’re wanting quick holiday projects, craft fair ideas, or stocking stuffers, this is a fun one because you can batch-make a bunch and customize every single one.
