These cowboy hat plant pots are so darn cute, y’all—and in this video I’m showing how I decorate and embellish them instead of leaving them plain. The base is an Eco Pour/ResinCrete-style hat planter, and then I take it into the fun part: making it look country western with extra details that give it personality.
