The Elegoo Centauri Carbon is my favorite “get into the hobby without overthinking it” pick because it’s fast, affordable, and genuinely fun to use. My box-to-benchy time was 1 hour 11 minutes, and I liked the streamlined UI plus the mobile app’s clear pause button for long prints. Just keep expectations realistic: it’s single-color, and the multicolor upgrade users hoped for still isn’t here.
