In this video I’m doing an honest, unsponsored try-on and review of the NEW Gymshark Flex Mid-Rise and the updated High Waisted Flex, and I’m comparing them to the original Flex that a lot of us already know. I break down what actually changed—fit, feel, and how the contouring looks on a curvy body—because on a 32" waist and 43" hips, tiny tweaks in waistband height and fabric can make or break a legging. I try on four pairs: two Mid-Rise Flex (Claret Marl/Pink in M and Charcoal Marl/Black in L) and two High Waisted Flex (Red Marl/Claret in M and Black/Gray in L). I also go through the fabric composition differences across the generations, including the surprise that the black High Waisted Flex has a different fabric blend than the other May 2020 colors.
