About This Video

In this video I’m creating a Word of the Year dashboard for my Planner Perfect A5 Traveler’s Notebook, and I’m adding a pen loop so my setup is actually functional (because if I can’t grab a pen quickly, I’m not using it). I walk you through how I like to think about a Word of the Year in a planner context—something that can live right in the front of my TN and keep me grounded when I’m doing my resets, setting goals, and planning out my weeks. I’m focusing on an easy, do-able dashboard you can recreate without overcomplicating it. The goal is to have something pretty, but also practical—so it holds up to being moved around, flipped through, and used daily in a discbound/TN style routine. If you’re building out your Planner Perfect A5 TN and want a custom touch that’s still beginner-friendly, this is one of my favorite little crafts to add to your setup.
