In this December planner systems reset, I’m doing what I love most—swapping things around, testing what actually fits, and getting all my planners and journals ready for a fresh month. I start with a Travelers Notebook reset and swap, including my Harris Tweed TN, and then move into a Planner Perfect Prunella Wide swap.
